Blommarose does not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

SHIPPING CHARGES?

There is a charge of AED 35 for deliveries anywhere in Dubai.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

Orders will be delivered any time during the day between 7a.m. to 7p.m. (No Fixed Time
Delivery)

CAN BLOMMAROSE PROVIDE SAME DAY DELIVERY IN DUBAI?

All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (Gulf Standard Time) can be delivered on the Same Day.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

To place an order online you need to follow the below steps:

Select your particular Flowers or Gift.
Click on Buy Now and then Click on “Add to Cart.”
You need to click on “Proceed to check out”. (If you wish to add more products then you need to select your desired product and add it to cart” and accordingly add more products and then click on proceed to checkout).
Fill in the Shipping Details (Recipients Details) and the Billing Details (Sender’s details) , then fill the gift message, select delivery date , then Select Payment option and most important , kindly read our disclaimer and then click on the Submit Button.
The last step is to Preview your order and click on the Confirm Button .
You will get the secure payment page. You need to fill your payment details and then “Submit”.
Once we receive your order and payment , you will receive an order confirmation mail from our end.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address.

WILL MY BILLING INFORMATION BE SECURE?

Because the credit card information is collected and processed on the secure servers of a large national bank, customers can rest assured that their credit card information will not be mishandled.

WHAT ARE BILLING DETAILS?

Billing details are payment details. e.g., if you are paying through Credit Card then you need to provide all required details. Credit Card Holder Name, Address, Email Id, Credit card number etc.

HOW CAN I KNOW MY ORDER IS DELIVERED or NOT?

All customers are automatically sent a confirmation that we have received their order, as long as they have provided us with a valid email address. After the order has been delivered, within 6 hours a delivery confirmation is emailed to all customers.

During our peak holidays*, due to high volume, we ask that you accept a flexible delivery schedule in order to ensure that deliveries will take place in a timely manner.

* Peak holidays include Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and New Years.
